At Koshiny Korean Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The return request is made within 10 days of receiving the item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic and skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For approved returns not caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.


5. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.


6. Replacements

  • If available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement delivery times may vary based on stock availability.


7. Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivity

Due to individual skin differences:

  • We do not accept returns for allergic reactions or skin sensitivity.

  • Customers are advised to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
